Your new home at Nicklaus Manor begins with the selection and purchase of a site lot location. An initial deposit of $10,000 is requested to reserve one of our home sites with an anticipated closing within 30 to 45 days.

A home purchase deposit of 10% of the sales price is required along with a signed purchase agreement within a year of the purchase of your site lot. Additional deposits may be necessary depending on requirements set forth by the home builder and the buyer's mortgage lender.
